Content, other than watermarked content, may only be used commercially once you have entered accepted our licence agreement and paid the relevant fee. Watermarked video backgrounds, animated backgrounds, video animation and video loops may only be used for you internal "comps" and layouts. Anistock does not grant you any licence to use the content in any final materials distributed either internally or externally by yourself or your company, including any electronic or on-line system. Except for this limited, internal testing and sample use, Anistock grants you no other rights, and you may not distribute, sub license or make available for use or distribution any watermarked images/content.

All graphics and content on this website are protected by copyright. Any Anistock content including animation library, video backgrounds and/or video loops, animated backgrounds and video animation you download may be used in conjunction with our licensing agreement only. Any other use of any video backgrounds, video loops, animated backgrounds or video animation on this website, including copying or using any portion of a Anistock video clip, whether by photographing, scanning, digital scanning or as reference for another illustration, and including incorporating all or any portion of the content or image into another Anistock clip or movie, is an infringement of copyright. Changing an un-purchased Anistock video clip does not make it yours. The original Anistock video clip or movie, however modified or distorted, is still protected by copyright. In the event that any Anistock video animation or animated background including video loop, cartoon animation, flash animations from this website is used without the express permission of Anistock, we will take action, including, but not limited to, seeking remuneration, invoking cease and desist orders, or pursuing legal action. No model or property releases exist for any of the Anistock on this site unless otherwise expressed in writing.

Under no circumstances are any Anistock video backgrounds, video loops, animated backgrounds , motion graphics, video animation contained on the Anistock website to be posted on community bulletin boards, forums or newsgroups. You agree not to submit any Anistock video clip or movie(s) to any file sharing or file trading forum.

Anistock accepts no liability for consequences arising from you using any Anistock containing imagery of any currency. Please note that there are government regulations which limit the way in which any reproduction of currency is used.
